Oscar Berg ha postato un articolo utile sul perchè le intranet tradizionali non sono adatte ai “knowledge workers” di oggi. Scrive che uno studio della Work Foundation ha valutato che nella nostra forza lavoro il 30% dei posti di lavoro è ad alto contenuto di conoscenza, il 30% a medio, e il 40% a basso contenuto di conoscenza. Penso che andrebbe fatta anche una valutazione sul valore prodotto dai diversi tipi di posto lavoro, ma questo è un altro discorso.
